One of our organization key points is a qualified and well-organized technical department that can provide complete support for projects development, starting from mechanical layout measurement, essential technical data acquisition, to the full schemes and drawings implementation with the latest 3D CAD software (Catia V5). After passing various inspections and approvals, projects are converted to generate various documents,

which allow the production staff to proceed manufacturing physical articles. To better meet this task, and to reduce time loss, we have internally developed a dedicated software that can read the layout and patterns and convert them into production documents. Instructions for wiring cut, list of materials and test bench cycles are automatically generated; the software also calculate for each

wire to be tested the exact conductor resistance, allowing us to keep certification thresholds and tolerances restricted to a minimum. The technical office together with production managers, constantly keeps track of each project evolution, updating the customer in real-time.
Even for projects implemented directly by our customers, before moving into production,

the engineering staff checks every detail, considering any critical construction and produce the necessary production documentation. The collaboration with the customer is always maximum. Each problematic point is highlighted and discussed to best solve the problem.
